Product Manager - Customer Safety At Flutter UK&I, our vision is to be the most trusted, most played and most innovative brands in our industry. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Customer Safety division across the UK and Ireland, where we want to lead the industry in customer safety and trust. The products you’ll help to build will be used by millions of customers each month across our UKI brands, connecting them with sport and entertaining them like no one else, while keeping them safe. We want you to work with researchers, designers, engineers and marketers to shape how our customers will be entertained in a safe way to bring that vision to life. What you’ll do Own the Now-12 month roadmap for your product area. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and tech stack to deliver products that meet customer and commercial needs, which also align to our strategy and vision. Work with a variety of teams such as Compliance, Ops, Insights, Strategy, Design and Technology to help define plans and deliverables with clear outcomes to maximise value to customers and the business. Lead the delivery of new products from discovery through to launch. Identify opportunities to improve our product offering. Join up long term plans with here and now prioritisation. Use analytical skills to scope the size of the problem/opportunity and elicit and document requirements. Understand and align product plans to the wider strategy for the business. Work with a development squad to support the agile delivery process. Have overall Product responsibility for at least one Delivery Squad. Identify and manage dependencies between Squads and Tribes. Prioritise product backlogs and manage the roadmap. Work with Insight and research teams to understand and validate the impact of product changes. Identify and implement changes to working practices in order to improve delivery and engagement within your product area and wider teams. Being highly organised and self-motivated with a desire to see a job through to conclusion. Being a great communicator able to operate at all levels of an organisation. You’ll already have product management experience and will have positively impacted customers throughout your career.
