About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on what really matters – creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for pupils.
At Park School, you will:
1. Teach small, focused classes, tailoring lessons to each pupil’s unique learning style and needs.
2. Use creativity, flexibility, and inclusive methods to inspire progress and build confidence.
3. Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues.
4. Address each child’s academic, social, emotional, and personal development holistically.
5. Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every pupil feels heard and valued.
6. Support pupils in developing essential life skills, independence, and resilience.
7. Encourage pupil voice and involvement in their own learning journey.
8. Maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupil wellbeing is a top priority.
9. Continuously monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
10. Embrace challenges and celebrate every small success with your students.
