The Role
As a Media Planner / Buyer, you’ll support the day-to-day planning and procurement of campaigns – ensuring our clients get the best rates, the smoothest delivery, and the smartest results.
Responsibilities
* Building and optimising multi-channel campaigns to client objectives
* Negotiating with media owners for the best trading rates
* Supporting the team with on-brief, data-driven proposals
* Exploring new media products & trading opportunities
* Coordinating training & knowledge-sharing sessions with partners
* Sharing insights & market intelligence with colleagues
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communicator with a professional manner
* Comfortable working independently & in a team
* Positive, high-energy & resilient under pressure
* Tenacious, hardworking & eager to grow
* Proven history or strong interest in procurement
* Track record of handling high-level administrative responsibilities
* Understanding of press, digital, OOH & broadcast media
* Knowledge of campaign strategy, negotiation & optimisation
* Awareness of media formats, themes & emerging opportunities
* Ongoing training & coaching
