Site Administrator/Site Clerk

Project: Large flood Alleviation project.
Site Administrator required for large civils/flood defence project in Athlone.
This is a key support role requiring a highly organised and proactive individual to manage project documentation and administrative duties on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control & Quality Assurance:
•
Maintain and update document management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
•
Distribute project documents such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
•
Log and archive document revisions accurately.
•
Support compliance with QA procedures and company standards.
Administration & Office Support:
•
General site administration including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
•
Support meeting coordination: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
•
Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and project-related documentation.
Communication & Coordination:
•
Serve as the point of contact for document-related queries from engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
•
Facilitate effective communication between office and site teams.
•
Liaise with suppliers and consultants to ensure timely distribution and receipt of documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
•
Previous experience in document control or administrative roles, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
•
Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, etc.).
•
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Personal Skills & Attributes:
•
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
•
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
