The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler (3+ years) to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with business leaders, helping them design and manage insurance that protects performance and fuels confidence.
This is a hands-on advisory role, ideal for someone who enjoys real client interaction, loves solving complex problems, and wants to shape resilient, intelligent cover solutions rather than just transact policies.
You’ll have the chance to take real ownership of client relationships, supported by a collaborative team that shares expertise generously.
What You’ll Do:
* Build relationships with commercial clients across a diverse portfolio.
* Design smart insurance solutions across Commercial Combined, Package, Property Owners, PI, and Cyber.
* Own renewals and adjustments. Acting proactively and precisely.
* Collaborate with colleagues and insurers as part of a supportive, friendly team to deliver dependable outcomes.
* Advise thoughtfully — understanding client goals and recommending tailored protection.
* Problem-solve creatively, using technical knowledge and commercial insight.
* Contribute to our culture. Share expertise and supporting the team’s growth.
Who You Are
You’re commercially experienced, client-focused, and genuinely curious about how businesses perform. You have the confidence to advise, the discipline to deliver, and the drive to build something meaningful.
You’ll bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in commercial insurance broking.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Technical understanding across key commercial lines.
* Attention to detail and a structured, reliable approach.
