Working Hours: Part time, working 24 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term-time plus INSET days)
Salary: Band 5, Points 7-9 (Actual starting salary: £14,601 per annum)

We are seeking a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. Putting students first is part of our fundamental culture. About the role
* This role involves the supervision and guidance of whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
* This role will also involve invigilating exams and accompanying staff and pupils on educational visits.
* The post would be excellent training for anyone considering a career in teaching specifically or working with young people in general.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Manage student behaviour in accordance with Academy policies.
* Ensure a positive and productive classroom environment.

* We are seeking individuals with an understanding and a high personal level of emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to use their own initiative and to work collaboratively with others.
* Ability to manage behaviour confidently and effectively.
