Due to further exciting expansion, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and self motivated cleaning operatives to join our expanding team.
You will be required to work across a rotation of our customers sites, providing cover cleaning to assist when regular staff are on holiday or sick. You will be our go-to person when an extra pair of hands is needed - you should be ready to jump in and roll up your sleeves to get the job done The sites vary and will be within an 8 mile radius of High Wycombe to include Beaconsfield, Princes Risborough and Marlow.
Our customers premises range from high spec office buildings to factories and schools. Thus, flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different environments is absolutely key.
Needless to say, your own transport is essential. An additional mileage allowance will be paid per day.
Hours require a little flexibility but will be Monday to Friday, mostly 2 hours per day, usually 5.30/6pm - 7.30/8pm. 10 hours work a week guaranteed plus the opportunity to work more hours if wanted
52 week contract, permanent, with a holiday/bank holiday entitlement.
£13.00 per hour, equating to £130.00 per week, paid monthly + daily mileage allowance.
This role includes standard cleaning duties - such as dusting, mopping and vacuuming - ensuring lots of care and attention is given in order to make our customers premises sparkle Areas to be cleaned will include entrances, corridors, offices, toilets, kitchens and break areas, meeting rooms etc ...
Possession of a current enhanced DBS certificate is desirable, however one can be obtained on your behalf.
Candidates must be hard working, conscientious, ideally experienced and able to maintain super cleaning standards at all times. Good time keeping is a must along with the right 'can do' attitude and the desire to be an excellent ambassador of our reputable and growing commercial cleaning and facilities management company.
