Product Manager – Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

We’re working with a high‑growth FinTech business to appoint a Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.
This is a key, permanent hire sitting at the centre of the organisation’s customer, data and operational strategy. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the D365 CE product vision and roadmap, ensuring the platform delivers clear business value across sales, servicing and customer lifecycle management within a regulated environment.
The Opportunity
This role offers genuine product ownership rather than delivery coordination. You’ll shape the long‑term direction of a mission‑critical CRM platform, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners to ensure outcomes are delivered at programme scale.
The business is mid‑transformation, investing heavily in Microsoft technology and data to support growth, efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 CE
* Act as the senior bridge between business, technology, operations and compliance
* Define and prioritise initiatives based on business outcomes and customer value
* Work closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to enable effective execution
* Oversee delivery partners and ensure high‑quality, on‑time releases
* Champion data‑driven CRM usage and continuous improvement
* Ensure the platform meets regulatory, security and data‑protection requirements
Experience We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Product Manager owning enterprise CRM platforms
* Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing / Customer Insights)
* Background delivering at programme scale in Agile environments
* Confident managing senior stakeholders and conflicting priorities
* Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
* Experience in FinTech, financial services or regulated sectors is highly desirable
