Role Overview
As the Assistant Area Manager, you will:
* Support the Area Manager in overseeing branch operations across multiple locations.
* Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met.
* Lead and motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service.
* Implement company policies and ensure compliance across branches.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
