CRM Executive, Rider

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Communications & Policy team crafts compelling stories, builds meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and navigates complex regulatory landscapes to support our marketplace of consumers, riders, and restaurant partners.

We’re looking for a CRM Executive, Rider to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us keep over 150,000 riders across 8 countries informed and supported, ensuring Deliveroo remains the best source of flexible work through technical excellence in our global CRM programme.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Rider Communication and CRM team. We are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of rider engagement, ensuring that every message—from onboarding to daily support—is timely, relevant, and impactful.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Campaign Engineering: Lead the technical build and deployment of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) using Braze to reach our global rider fleet.

Quality Assurance & Governance: Provide technical guidance and rigorous QA on automations for global teams to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.

Experimental Design: Execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to constantly improve engagement metrics and business impact.

Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor real-time campaign metrics and use data‑informed insights to propose optimisations in stakeholder kick‑off meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Global teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless automated rider journeys.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Technical CRM Foundations: Significant experience building triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of statistics and the ability to interpret performance metrics to deliver business value.

Execution Excellence: A meticulous eye for detail with a proven ability to manage complex QA processes and technical workflows.

Global Stakeholder Management: Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work effectively with diverse teams across multiple time zones.

Agility and Ownership: Proven ability to work at pace in a high‑growth environment, taking full accountability for campaign delivery.

Nice to Have

Platform Expertise: Previous hands‑on experience using Braze to manage lifecycle journeys.

Data Visualisation: Experience using Looker or similar BI tools to track and report on campaign performance.
