We are a welcoming, inclusive Good-rated Ofsted school in Horsham, seeking a dedicated Inclusion Needs Assistant (INA) to join our supportive team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and who values a therapeutic, child-centred approach.

About the Pupils
The girls are engaging, fun, and a pleasure to work with. They benefit from a therapeutically informed approach and strong, consistent relationships with adults.
While they can occasionally present challenges, dysregulation is rare. They feel safe, happy, and settled in school and enjoy positive relationships with staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience supporting children with EHCPs or additional needs (desirable)
* Be calm, nurturing, and reflective in their practice
* Understand or be willing to learn about therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches
* Work well as part of a collaborative team
* Be committed to promoting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, independence, and engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
