* Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure optimal patient flow.
* Handle administrative tasks such as managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
* Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies through continuous professional development.
Experience
* Training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software.
