Principal Delivery Consultant at Investigo
We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Lead to join our client on an initial 6‑month contract, inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce solutions
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well‑architected Salesforce solutions
* Provide technical leadership across Agentforce, Data Cloud (Data 360), Service Cloud, Omnistudio, and Public Sector Solutions
* Support and guide development teams, including prompt engineering and traditional Salesforce development
* Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and architectural trade‑offs
* Lead design sessions, solution walkthroughs, and product demonstrations
* Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution architecture and delivery roadmaps
* Mentor and develop high‑performing Salesforce delivery teams
Skills & Experience
* Strong Salesforce architecture background with a focus on Agentforce
* Experience across multiple Salesforce technologies, including at least three of:
o Service Cloud
o Data Cloud (Data 360)
o Public Sector Solutions
o Omnistudio / Salesforce Industries
* Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders
* Experience leading Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, security, and compliance
* Experience with source‑driven development, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
* Salesforce certifications highly desirable (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Application Architect, Public Sector)
Additional Information
* Applicants MUST hold UK Security Clearance
* Experience working in regulated or public sector environments is advantageous
