Moston Grange, a 64-beddednursing home comprising of four units (two male-only and two female-only), iscommitted to providing specialised care for adults over the age of 65 withvarious complex needs, including: Dementia or other associated conditions,alcohol-related problems, acquired brain injuries, progressive conditions suchas Huntingtons and mental health conditions. We take pride in our achievement of Outstanding ratingsin both 2020 and 2022 from the CQC, a testament to our unwavering commitment todelivering excellence in person-centred care. We see the person, not thecondition; creating an environment for our residents that everyone would beproud to call home and providing 24-hour support to understand emotions andreduce distress through careful diagnosis and empathy.


Main duties of the job

About the role:

You will play a crucial role in our clinicalteam, providing essential support to our nurses in caring for older individualswith a range of complex needs.

Your responsibilities include aiding residentsin their daily activities, promoting independence, and providing emotionalassistance.

You will assist with personal care and mealtimesupport while always maintaining residents' dignity and privacy.

You will be expected to update our residentscare documentation with accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information.

Summary:

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

-08:00 to 20:00

-20:00 to 08:00

Recruitment and onboarding process:

Qualifications

* Care Certificate
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
