💼 What You’ll Lead
* Oversee a site with over 65 team members, including Department Managers across food, retail, and service.
* Champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and brand standards across 5 brands.
* Drive commercial success through strategic planning, cost control, and P&L ownership.
* Build a culture of empowerment, recognition, and continuous development.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
* Proven success in multi-site or high-volume operations (retail, hospitality, catering), delivering £5million and above in turnover.
* Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in budgeting and financial performance
* A people‑first leader who inspires, coaches, and builds high‑performing teams
* Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills
