We’re looking for an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead one of our sites to success, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our customers and our team.
The Role
Responsible for directing the work activities associated with the site, maximizing the use of all available resources to ensure the site is run in the most cost effective way whilst ensuring productivity levels are maintained/exceeded and that the team are delivering the highest standards of quality for our customers.
Oversee health and safety regulations and ensure safe working practices are adhered to across the site.
Key Responsibilities
13. Work closely with the Workshop Manager in the leadership and management of the Technician team, ensuring high-quality repairs and efficient workflow throughout the workshop.
14. Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Service Advisors (CSAs), Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs), Parts Advisors and Drivers, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused operation.
15. Achieve daily/monthly/annual output in line with site targets and budget, ensuring your team produces quality repairs
16. Analysis of site performance to identify areas of development or process improvement to drive site forward and increase profitability
17. Ensure that steps are taken to provide a safe working environment and that processes and procedures comply with health and safety policies and legislation.
18. Monitoring compliance with all statutory regulations and ensuring BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer quality and service standards are being met.
19. Ensure Company HR policies and processes are followed correctly
20. Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and colleagues
21. Collaborate with other departments internally and externally
22. Drive recruitment to hit blueprint numbers working closely with the People Team

About You
24. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role.
25. Strong commercial and operational management skills.
26. Excellent people management abilities – from recruitment to ongoing development.
27. A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
28. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality work.
