Are you ready to play a key role in driving growth and building strong client relationships? We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us identify new business opportunities while delivering exceptional support to our sales function.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth: Support the sales team by managing opportunities and helping secure new business.
Prospect Creatively: Use social media platforms like LinkedIn and our website to identify and develop leads.
Deliver Outstanding Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team and Sales Director.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer connections and ensure a seamless sales process from start to finish.
Stay Organised: Manage electronic filing systems, CRM data, and competitive costing sheets.
Report & Analyse: Prepare weekly updates on forecasts, enquiries, and orders.
Streamline Processes: Implement improvements to make our systems more efficient.What We're Looking For
Commercially savvy with a proactive, confident approach.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and experience with Sage 50 and CRM systems.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Great communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
