Job Purpose
Locum Consultant Anaesthetist (Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh).
Hybrid post with responsibilities to Upper GI, HPB, Transplant anaesthesia and wider anaesthetic department. Experience in Regional Anaesthesia and Anaesthesia for Trauma and Orthopaedics is particularly welcome. Final job plan agreed with the successful candidate and will include at least 1 SPA.
The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh has a large anaesthetic department that has recently become ACSA accredited and has close links with the University of Edinburgh Department of Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine. Opportunities exist for teaching, research and quality improvement.
