Working closely with clients across multiple sectors, the Event Manager will oversee proposals, budgets, logistics and delivery for projects across the UK and Europe, ensuring exceptional experiences and smooth project execution throughout.

THE ROLE
This Event Manager role will take responsibility for delivering projects from brief through to completion, managing client relationships and overseeing all event logistics and planning throughout the process.
The Event Manager will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standards across a broad range of event formats.
Duties as Event Manager will include:
- Managing events from initial brief through to on-site delivery
- Creating proposals, presentations and detailed budgets
- Managing client communication throughout project timelines
- Coordinating suppliers, venues and third-party partners
- Managing logistics including travel, accommodation and delegate requirements
- Overseeing AV, production and technical event requirements
- Conducting site visits and attending live event delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Supporting account growth through excellent client service and relationship management
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Event Manager role, candidates must have proven experience delivering events end-to-end within an agency or in-house events environment.
You'll be highly organised, client-facing and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience handling proposals, budgets, logistics and live event delivery is essential, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
