As Associate Director of Artificial Intelligence, you will lead and execute the company's AI strategy, driving initiatives that utilize Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and more to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
Role Scope
* Identify opportunities and risks in a competitive landscape, using AI/ML to deliver business value and growth.
* Maintain awareness of emerging technologies to assess risks and rewards.
* Manage the lifecycle of AI projects from conception to deployment and optimization in high-volume environments.
* Develop business cases to influence stakeholders and promote AI adoption across the organization.
* Equip teams with the tools and insights needed to implement AI at scale.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership in AI, with a background in computer science, machine learning, data science, or related STEM fields (degree or equivalent experience).
* Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models, including RAG systems.
* Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Knowledge Graphs, with a history of applying these models to business solutions.
* Strong engineering fundamentals, including DevOps, CI/CD, and secure ML/AI pipelines.
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
* Ability to address model hallucination, optimize performance, and oversee AI governance and ethics.
