Permanent Vacancy – SEN Teaching Assistant BR8 Swanley
Salary – £20,444 Pro Rata plus £600 Fringe allowance
Location – Swanley BR8

The School is a residential and day school for pupils aged 8-19 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and language difficulties. The successful candidate will join a supportive school where we invest in our staff and create skilled class teams. This role could lead to the opportunity for further professional development to train as a Senior TA or HLTA. Key tasks are to support and develop the educational environment for the students, including extending their curriculum skills, social skills, and personal development. To also provide a safe environment, emotionally and physically, for the students within the guidelines and procedures of the school. Experience in working with children, and Level 2 qualifications (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Mathematics are essential.
