EssenceMediacom seeks an Account Manager to join the JPMorgan Chase team, offering exciting market challenges and brand opportunities. A Senior Planner interested in finance and looking to advance is ideal.
Chase is a great client, challenging EssenceMediacom to deliver top-tier media strategies and explore new approaches. Our integrated team combines UK strategy and creative talent, providing a comprehensive agency experience.
This role offers the chance to work with talented colleagues across departments and learn from them.
Reporting of the role
This position typically reports to the Account Director.

Measures of success
In three months, you will:
* Manage daily account operations and oversee ongoing projects.
* Understand the client’s business landscape and health through econometrics and contact optimizer insights.
* Set team objectives and build strong relationships.
In six months, you will:
* Lead a key campaign from start to finish.
* Complete any necessary digital upskilling training.
* Deliver excellent work and manage client relationships, incorporating innovation and collaboration.
In 12 months, you will:
* Begin your path to AD level, attending relevant training.
* Develop award-winning ideas.
* Implement new efficiencies across the team and client processes.
Responsibilities of the role
The planning account manager's main responsibilities are:
1. Leading daily account management and serving as the primary client contact.
2. Inspiring and managing the internal team, overseeing budgets, and ensuring efficiency.
3. Acting as the key link between planning and other departments for smooth account operation.
