Are you a university student or recent graduate with a passion for finance and a keen interest in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) looking for an internship? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as an M&A Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of mergers and acquisitions. We are looking for:
Three recent graduates who completed their studies for a 6 month internship, starting ASAP
Three sandwich year placement students for 12 month placement, starting in the summer

Key Responsibilities:
1.Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%):
* Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
* Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.
2.Deal Execution Support (20%):
* Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
3.Business Development (20%):
* Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe.
* Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.
Our Ideal Hire:
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Company valuation methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
* An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
