About the Role
Children's Residential Support Worker (RSW) based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Full-time position with a salary range of £29,034 to £35,400.
Responsibilities
* Care for young people on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring their safety, well‑being and smooth daily routine.
* Help with school readiness, homework, paperwork and planning extracurricular activities.
* Deliver evening and weekend activities such as games, sports, film nights and leisure outings.
* Maintain a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the welfare of each young person.
Qualifications
* A can‑do attitude and strong team spirit.
* Honesty, empathy and a genuine care for young people and colleagues.
* Resilience to handle challenging situations.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). If not held, we will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way.
* Enhanced DBS check (cost covered).
Training & Induction
You will begin as an RSW by joining our Care Academy – a 4‑week off‑the‑job training programme with experienced WG professionals to build confidence and competence.
