As a Business Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing essential support to both Children's and Adult Services. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering phones, dealing with customer enquiries, recording information on the Mosaic client database, processing Police Concern forms, handling financial transactions for Corporate Appointee clients, and more. You'll also arrange, attend, and take minutes for meetings, playing a key role in guiding staff. You'll be working with a fantastic team of around eight colleagues in a hybrid manner, both from home and the office. This role will allow you to use your existing skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
