We are seeking a candidate to support the Buildings Health division sector technical team in expanding healthcare projects across the UK and Europe. This role involves business development and technical leadership in delivering healthcare sector projects, including bid activities and client relationship management, with a focus on site decarbonisation, system replacement, MMC/DfMA design solutions, and structural adaptation.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of delivering high-quality technical advisory services independently, and will support our healthcare sector team known for successful project delivery and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing all aspects of assigned healthcare sector projects.
2. Supporting and mentoring project delivery teams on technical matters.
3. Liaising with engineering disciplines during bidding and delivery phases.
4. Engaging with clients on technical issues.
5. Supporting senior managers with commercial and contractual aspects.
The role involves managing multiple projects, working autonomously, and potentially supervising others, with a focus on MEP engineering design and some structural strategic input. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, software proficiency, programme development, profitability monitoring, and technical coaching.
The candidate should be a fully qualified professional with experience leading building commissions, mentoring engineers, and managing client relationships. Attributes include enthusiasm, excellent communication, leadership capabilities, innovation, and a strong professional network.
