Who?

This specialist consultancy helps global B2B brands solve complex marketing operations and GTM challenges through a blend of strategic consulting, technology implementation and digital delivery. Working across enterprise-level transformation projects, they partner closely with clients to optimise processes, improve data quality and unlock more value from marketing technology investments. With AI becoming an increasingly important part of the GTM landscape, they’re helping organisations rethink how marketing, sales and operations work together.

You’ll be a consultative marketing operations professional who enjoys solving technical and commercial challenges in equal measure. You know how to build credibility with stakeholders, lead conversations around process improvement and confidently advise clients on GTM strategy, marketing automation and data architecture. Platform agnostic in your approach, you’ve likely worked with tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or Salesforce, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic consulting and hands‑on delivery.

One week you could be auditing a global GTM tech stack or designing scalable data orchestration processes, the next you’re advising on measurement frameworks, leading transformation workshops or helping clients embed AI into their marketing operations. You’ll have the autonomy to shape solutions, influence strategy and act as a trusted advisor to well‑known B2B brands.

You’ll work alongside highly technical, commercially minded consultants who genuinely enjoy solving complex problems together. The role is hybrid, with ideally one day a week spent in either the London or Reading office, alongside occasional client travel. Salary is up to £65,000, alongside a bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
