We're working with a fast-growing B2C Lead Generation business that operates across two established consumer brands. As part of their continued growth, they're looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition, website performance, and conversion optimisation.
This is a hands-on role with real influence-perfect for someone who enjoys driving results, simplifying customer journeys, and developing junior talent.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving high-quality leads through a performance-led digital strategy. You'll manage paid media channels directly (or via agency partners), optimise CRO on-site performance, and ensure the customer journey is intuitive, logical, and conversion-focused.
You'll also line manage and mentor one Junior Marketing Executive, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support.

1. Own and optimise Paid Media activity across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
