You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By
 * Responsible for the 24/7 delivery of high quality care to residents and act as a visible leader in the home driving the operation and growth of a 24‑hour business with continual focus on people, customers and results.
 * Ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care in accordance with Bupa’s Vision, Mission and values.
 * Implement all Bupa’s detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
 * Manage staff costs, associated budgets and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
 * NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
 * Experience of effective team management.
 * Ability to communicate at all levels.
 * Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and organise workload appropriately.
 * Experience of IT systems, eg. Word, Excel and Outlook.
