The business has created a new role within a new team looking to drive the marketing strategy to the next level. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to come into the business with a passion for all things digital and a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. The Role: Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer acquisition. Creating, managing, and optimising paid digital campaigns, primarily on B2B platforms (e.g. LinkedIn). Copy writing and creating engaging content (alongside a mid-level designer/creative). Collaborating with cross-functional teams; including the Board of Directors. Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation to move the business forward. Developing strategic thinking - to fully understand our client's businesses, and commercial opportunities. Developing internal thinking - identifying beneficial changes to processes and recommending change. The Person: Typically, 2-3 years' digital marketing experience, with a portion of this time spent at an SME, smaller agency, or in a small in-house team. A proven track record of successful campaign execution. The ability to write both long and short form content is essential. Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills. Strong people skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A strong interest in brands, the media, and more broadly cultural conversations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A stickler for detail but can see and appreciate the bigger picture. The ability to grow digital relationships, and spot opportunities. Ultimately, we want good operators, strong communicators, ambitious and driven individuals.
