As we enter our next phase of growth we are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in managing operations, communication, and strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, and day-to-day communications across time zones Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership team syncs, board interactions, and key partner engagements Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO with staff, clients, and stakeholders Track tasks, projects, and deliverables to ensure follow-through and timely completion Draft, edit, and organize presentations, reports, and communications with clarity and professionalism Help coordinate high-level meetings, events, offsites, and investor touchpoints Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion at all times Provide strategic leverage to the CEO by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems Ideal Candidate 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a tech, startup, or high-growth global environment Highly organized with obsessive attention to detail and follow-through Personable, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at building trust and rapport Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident drafting professional correspondence Tech-savvy and familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and project management systems (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Trello) Discretion and integrity in handling confidential or sensitive information Self-starter with a bias toward action and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset What We Offer A mission-driven company with a collaborative global team Opportunity to work closely with a visionary CEO and executive leadership Flexible work culture Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
