AWE is looking for a Team leader for the 3D Capture and Smart Technologies (3DCaST) team.
The team delivers technologies supporting AWE's core mission, including reverse engineering, model-based inspection, large volume metrology, data measurement, UAV deployment, robotics, and autonomous systems.
The role involves leading the team, working with local managers and technical leads to maintain capabilities, and supporting R&D activities. It offers significant career development opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:
* Delivering project objectives
* Planning and executing tasks on time, controlling costs and quality

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in science or engineering, or HND/HNC.
Candidates must be willing to obtain and maintain security clearance and be able to travel within the UK and overseas.
