Mon, Tue: 06:00 – 15:00; Wed, Fri: 13:00 – 22:00; Sat: 08:00 – 16:00.
Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £15.59 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can work as few as 12 hours if that suits you.

Responsibilities
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well‑stocked store that exceeds customer expectations.
* Be there for customers, listening to them and ensuring they leave the store with what they came for.
* Look for ways to improve service, including coaching colleagues and giving feedback.
* Guide and support your colleagues on safety and shop operations.
* Maintain a great understanding of store performance and assist managers with actions to improve running of the store.
* Lead from the front, setting a great example for colleagues in everything you do.
* Open and close the store, complete duty cover and make decisions that ensure everyone’s safety.
* Be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day queries in the absence of a manager.
* Keep the team well‑informed on communications, changes and updates.
* Follow health and safety procedures and recognise/celebrate great service.
Please note that you must be 18 or older to apply for this role.
You may be required to work outside the usual hours (before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm) if duties such as warehouse, beer/wine, bakery, drive‑through or similar require it.
