This role involves working closely with shop floor teams, identifying opportunities for efficiency, coaching best practices, and embedding sustainable improvements using your mechanical expertise and data-driven approach.

What will you be doing?
* Develop and implement Centre Line Management Systems for equipment efficiency.
* Use lean tools to resolve complex production issues, identifying root causes and guiding corrective actions.
* Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Analyze machine data to identify loss trends and implement sustainable performance solutions.
* Lead weekly system health checks and develop coaching skills to influence change.

Requirements:
* A degree in STEM or Food Science, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with skills in data analysis, root cause investigation, or lean methodologies.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills to support team development and positive change.
* Familiarity with online data capture systems or advanced Excel is a plus, with support available for skill development.
* A proactive, collaborative approach aligned with KP values.
