Job Title- Customer Service AdvisorLocation-Hunslet, LeedsContract Length- 16 weeksPay rate- £13.00 p/hAre you a confident customer service advisor with experience talking to customers about property matters?We are working with a well established property services company that are looking for a customer service advisor to respond to customer contacts.As customer service advisor, you will;Respond to customer queries via telephone and emailDiagnose necessary repair works and schedule appointmentsLiaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that works are scheduled and completed in a timely mannerAs customer service advisor, it is required that you;Have experience within repairs/maintenance, ideally within social housingHave experience managing diaries and scheduling worksAre confident communicating via both over the phone or emailAre able to deal with a diverse range of customer queries in a professional and polite mannerIf you have strong customer service experience within property services, we'd love to hear from you
