What you will do as a Nurse Manager
* Taking direction from the Regional Manager, provide leadership, support and guidance to the Management Team on a range of clinical, financial and personnel issues
* Support managers in underperforming homes and develop affective action plans to achieve business quality/ compliance targets.
* Oversee the management of a home during the absence of the Home Manager and support newly appointed managers ensuring a smooth transition.
What you will need
* Qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD
* 3-4 experience in a similar role
* Active NMC Pin
* Demonstrable understanding of the issues and tasks involved in the management of nursing homes for example Human Resources and Cost control.
* A valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle OR access to a form or transport which enables the post holder to fulfil the duties of the post.
