If so, we are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our Retail team to manage our online selling department and optimize stock allocation by working with shop managers, warehouse teams, and drivers to identify high-value donated items for online sales.
Leading and developing a team of e-commerce assistants and volunteers, our E-Commerce Manager will;
* Maximize online sales of donated goods across multiple e-commerce platforms.
* Analyse sales data and trends to drive profitability and enhance performance.
* Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness and visibility of listed products.
* Prepare financial reports and track performance against budget.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of e-commerce assistants and volunteers and work with them to manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Build partnerships with external organizations to expand sales opportunities.
* Liaise with online selling platforms to optimize listing processes.
This role requires an individual to be proactive and approachable and have the desire and ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, showing strong communication skills with a positive outlook. They must be confident to challenge and improve processes in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think on the go and work positively and collaboratively with other departments and shops.
This is a full time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week to include every other Saturday. In addition to a starting salary of £26,325 per annum we can also offer you;
* 36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to 40 days after five years
