North & IOI Region - frequent regional travel (Carlisle, Island or Ireland, Chesterfield, Cumbernauld & Ward Park) | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours | £60,000 - £75,000 DOE This role sits at the heart of our warehouse transformation agenda. As a Warehouse Change Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of change initiatives across your region, ensuring new processes, technologies and operating models are successfully embedded in live operational environments. Working closely with senior site leaders, you’ll translate strategic intent into practical, sustainable improvements that deliver real performance outcomes. You’ll also act as a regional point of ownership for warehouse change, coordinating activity, managing impact and ensuring benefits are realised. You’ll: Lead the delivery of warehouse change initiatives aligned to the wider network strategy Influence site leadership teams to adopt new processes, technologies and operating models to build standardised operating models Act as the regional point of ownership for warehouse change activity Ensure benefits are clearly defined, delivered and sustained Translate site-based improvement opportunities into scalable network initiatives Drive consistency, standardisation and best-practice adoption Use data and insight to measure impact and inform continuous improvement About you You’re an experienced change professional with strong warehouse operational credibility. You’ll bring: Experience delivering change within warehouse or FMCG logistics environments A deep understanding of warehouse operations and ways of working The confidence to influence General Managers and senior operational stakeholders Strong project and change management capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A structured, pragmatic and collaborative approach Flexibility to travel regularly across your region Desirable: Change management or Lean Six Sigma qualification Project management qualification Why Gist?
