Base pay range
I am currently recruiting for a Bid Manager on behalf of a dynamic and innovative architecture and master planning practice. They are renowned for delivering diverse, large-scale projects that span across sectors such as Large scale residential, Hospitality and Cultural spaces.
As the Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the end-to-end bid process for a variety of exciting, high-profile projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid manager with a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors to join a creative and collaborative team at the forefront of innovative design.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation, management, and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to gather relevant project information.
* Oversee the entire bid process from client engagement through to post-submission, ensuring compliance with timelines and standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Drive innovation in bid proposals to enhance competitiveness.
* Ensure all bids align with business objectives, branding guidelines, and company processes.
* Lead and mentor a team of bid coordinators to maintain best practices in bid preparation.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in bid management within architecture, construction, or engineering sectors.
* Experience in Saudi Arabia
* Strong knowledge of the bid process, proposal writing, costing, and contract negotiations.
* Exceptional project management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple bids simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an eye for detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
