We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Assistant | UK | Full-Time
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, for a friendly, organised and professional Client Relationship Assistant to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Client Relationship Manager and ensuring every client has a great experience — from first contact to post-completion follow-up.
Hours: Full-time
Location: Macclesfield
Contract: Permanent
What you’ll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone or email
* Allocate clients to advisers and book appointments
* Contact existing clients ahead of their mortgage renewals
* Conduct satisfaction calls after completion and encourage reviews
* Schedule annual reviews and follow up on potential leads
* Support client engagement through social media
* Maintain records of client contact and referral activity
* Manage introducer commission payments and ensure accuracy
* Provide admin support to advisers, from inputting client data to liaising with lenders, solicitors and providers
