This full-time SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant role is an ideal opportunity for Psychology or Education graduates looking to build meaningful, hands‑on experience in a supportive primary school environment.

The role is based in a well‑regarded Bristol Secondary School known for its strong sense of community, inclusive ethos, and commitment to helping every child thrive. Staff work collaboratively, behaviour expectations are clear and consistent, and pupil wellbeing sits at the heart of everything they do.

You’ll be supporting a KS3 pupil with additional needs on a one‑to‑one basis, both within the classroom and through structured intervention. This is a long‑term placement that allows you to build trust, see progress over time, and become a valued part of the school team.

The role

* Providing tailored 1:1 support for a student with additional needs
* Supporting learning and engagement during mainstream lessons

* Contributing to a consistent, supportive approach across the school day

* Pay from £90–£110 per day, depending on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
