Workshop Controller Bath I am currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller on behalf of my well-established client based in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong workshop experience, is passionate about delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, and has the ability to efficiently run a busy workshop while leading and motivating a team of technicians. The Role: As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring jobs are planned effectively, productivity targets are met, and high standards of work and customer care are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Managing and organising workshop workflow to maximise efficiency Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of technicians Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Liaising with service advisors to ensure clear communication and excellent customer satisfaction Monitoring productivity, quality control, and health & safety standards Supporting training and development within the workshop team The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or similar role Strong leadership and organisational skills A hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure Passionate about customer satisfaction and quality service Confident managing people, processes, and performance In return, my client offers a stable role within a respected and well-established business, along with a supportive working environment and opportunities for progression.
