Customer Advisor
Part Time - 10 hours per week
3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Shifts available Saturday & Sunday, 8am-8pm
Location: B&Q Newbury
What's the job?
Join our team and become an expert advisor. You will guide customers in their home improvement projects, drive sales, manage stock, set up displays, and keep the store looking great. Training in paint‑mixing and timber cutting will also be provided, but top‑class customer service will be your primary focus.
What We Need
Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn. You should be obsessed with home improvement and enjoy helping others. You will work well in a team, be flexible for a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, and be ready to adopt new technology and ways of working.
