Position: Feed Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Stradbroke Office
Salary: £26,400 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start and finish times available, 8 hours per
day)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract until end of September 2026

Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Able to work independently and use own initiative
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Previous experience in agriculture or a similar role required and highly advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
* Own car required
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with farmers and suppliers regarding feed and sundry deliveries
* Coordinate with vets, field staff, and nutrition teams on feeding plans
* Arrange feed recoveries and movements with hauliers
* Create reports for internal teams and suppliers
* Manage biosecurity database for feed mills
* Plan feed collections and movements between farms
* Respond to administrative and invoice queries
* Ensure efficient ordering of feed and farm sundries
