Junior Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator

About the Role
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Junior Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator to join a fast-growing creative agency delivering innovative products across beauty, lifestyle, homeware, and packaging.
This role is perfect for a second jobber with 18 months–2+ years’ experience in supply chain, quality, or technical product coordination who thrives on accuracy, process, and attention to detail. You’ll support quality assurance, review samples, maintain specifications, and work closely with factories and inspection partners to ensure products meet high standards before reaching clients in the UK, Europe, US, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product specifications and inspection criteria
* Review pre-production and production samples for quality standards
* Create and update inspection checklists for third-party partners
* Liaise with factories and suppliers, including Far East partners
* Monitor quality trends and report inspection outcomes
* Collaborate with NPD and Supply Chain teams to align design and production
* Maintain document control and version accuracy
* Verify order documentation and update relevant teams
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Operations Director
Knowledge & Experience
* 18 months–2+ years’ experience in supply chain, quality control, or technical coordination
* Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or product-based environments (beauty, homeware, lifestyle, packaging) highly beneficial
* Experience liaising with Far East suppliers or factories advantageous
* Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
* Familiar with inspection templates or systems a plus
* Comfortable reviewing samples, measurements, and inspection data
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
