Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Rate: £240 - £250 per day

The Role
Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an ongoing contract covering the Southampton area. This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects.
Responsibilities
* Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties.
* Accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs).
* Appropriately document properties in‑situ.
* Work independently, managing your own initiative, weekly schedule, and workload.
* Ensure the timely submission of survey reports and sample results each week.
About You
* Hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH/UKATA equivalent).
* Have a demonstrable post‑qualification track record with proven experience surveying residential properties.
* Be highly experienced in independent work, managing your own schedule, and delivering reports on time.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
