The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where youll be empowered to make decisions, expand your technical knowledge, and play an active part in the companys continued success. Youll thrive in an exciting and supportive environment, working closely with highly experienced Underwriters, Risk Engineers and Analysts who will help you grow and develop.
Responsibilities
* Handle Motor Claims from start to finish, including settlement negotiation.
* Manage cases involving Credit Hire, Vehicle Damage and Third Party claims.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication throughout each claims lifecycle.
* Contribute to process improvement and uphold the companys strong reputation for service and professionalism.
Requirements
* Solid experience handling Motor Claims, including cradle-to-grave management.
* Strong understanding of Credit Hire, Vehicle Damage and/or Third Party claims.
* Genuine ambition to progress towards a CII qualification.
* Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.
