- £25/hour PAYE Location: Llanmiloe, Carmarthen Contract Length: 6 Months You are expected to be an integral part of a team, providing mechanical support to the Range therefore, fabrication, machining, general mechanical engineering and problem-solving skills are an essential requirement, as is the ability to communicate effectively.
Overall, Purpose of the Job: Perform the duties of a Mechanical Engineer within the Engineering section based at Pendine, assisting in the production/maintenance of Mechanical targets, equipment and components.
The tasks range from: machining, fabrication (Welding), mechanical engineering (working on mechanical items) being able to operate the mechanical workshop equipment necessary to perform the tasks safely.
Key Accountabilities: Ensure that the manufacture and maintenance of the Range equipment is carried out in line with the works schedule.
