Chambers listed Legal 500 firm based in Berkshire is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant for its Newbury office. The firm currently advises organisations, business owners and management teams on a wide range of commercial disagreements, from those involving commercial contracts through to property disputes.
This Legal Support Assistant role will be to support the team with the following:
* Preparing bundles for trials
* Digital dictation
* Drafting letters and documents
* Liaising with clients and others
* Arranging fixed fee client interviews
* Ensuring file notes of all telephone conversations and meetings prepared
* Legal research/drafting
You will be a career Legal Secretary or a Legal Assistant seeking to gain more experience in private practice.
Ideally you will have Microsoft Excel experience.
