We’re working with a well-established and fast-growing business that’s recognised for its strong reputation in the UK market. With a focus on delivering quality and innovation, they’re continuing to expand their reach and are investing in building a high-performing marketing team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to be based in either the Manchester or Leeds office. The company is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their UK marketing team. You’ll take ownership of multi-channel digital campaigns, driving strategy and performance while playing a key role in shaping the organisation’s digital presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC, SEO, paid social, and email campaigns
* Supporting the Digital Development Manager to deliver a best-in-class digital strategy across key channels
* Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI
* Managing CRM data segmentation to enable targeted and personalised campaigns
* Overseeing and developing in-house team members while managing external agencies and partners
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on expertise across PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing
* Proven ability to plan, schedule, analyse, and report on digital campaigns
* Confidence using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
* Team management experience, with the ability to support, lead, and develop colleagues
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation and creating standout customer experiences
